Could reciprocity with Maine be coming.
From the NRA-ILA page:
A bill eliminating limitations on state reciprocity for concealed handgun permits was signed into law by Governor Paul LePage on Friday, June 5.
As previously reported, Legislative Document 868 (R-Davis), changes Maine law to grant reciprocity to concealed handgun permits issued to a person by that person’s state of residence as long as that state of residence honors a permit to carry a concealed handgun issued by the State of Maine.
Sorry for the extra ? in the title..
Maybe reciprocity with Maine? in the not to distant future?

I'm looking forward to that. But assuming their unlicensed concealed carry bill makes it to the Governor's desk in the next week or so, reciprocity will only be helpful to the Mainers. Texans will be able to OC and CC without any permit.
I'll quit carrying a gun when they make murder and armed robbery illegal

Reciprocity with Maine would be ok, the problem would be getting there.

Yea I know.. No matter which way you go, if you drive, you have to cross NY. Need a cruise ship/ferry boat from Va to NH or Me.

I quit flying 12 years ago. Besides flying ino that area where you may have a weather diversion into Boston, NY, or Newark is not good for a gun carrier/shipper. Can,t even take Amtrac 'cause they go Chicago, Buffalo, BostonRHenriksen wrote:If you're at 35,000', it doesn't matter
