As extreme as Oregon's bills are, these went much farther, regulating nearly every possible aspect of gun ownership in Old Dominion.
Virginia should be a good state for the Second Amendment. The problem comes from the counties close to Washington, D.C. , which are populous and consist mainly of out-of-state federal employees. I was once one of those myself when I lived in Reston, Virginia, but as I am from Texas, my votes were atypical for a federal employee.
