Restocking a double-barrel shotgun

My BIL has an old Spanish double-barrel shotgun that he wants to get restocked. The old buttstock is shattered at the wrist and is unrepairable. The forend is in good shape, but it'll probably need to be replaced to match the buttstock.

Does anyone have any suggestions for someone who can do this work in the East Texas or Central Texas area?

Victor Sarasueta....or something like that....marked from Eibar (Spain), for certain....
