I ordered a Rock River arms Elite CAR UTE2 on November 26, 2008 from Delmark in Denton. RRA was still estimating 12 weeks to delivery from ordering at the time.

I got a call today from Dave at Delmark, and he told me that my rifle was delivered this afternoon! I scheduled an appointment on Friday afternoon to go pick it up. This is exactly 14 weeks from the day I ordered it, but they had to deal with Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and this was right after the election. Needless to say, I'm impressed that it's already here.

Rock River never jumped their prices up, so their times have gotten extended since then.

I'll post pics when I get it home.

I'm surprised you got anyone to answer the phone at DelMark. every time I've ever called all I get is an answering machine, and the times I've left a message no one ever calls back.... :grumble

My Dad told me years ago that he wanted to write a fictional book about the German Army invading Texas from Mexico...

Truely, it would be a fictional account these days... :thumbs2:

I have a Tactical UTE2 that I'm taking delivery on at the end of the month. Really itching to have it in my hands already.

Going out of town for a few days. . . promise to get around to posting pics when I return. It looks great! Now if I could just shoot it.
