Pictures of your "Black Guns"
Re: Pictures of your "Black Guns"
The stock is.... er... Stock. LOL This Saiga is straight out of the box just like it looks, other than the 30 round magazines.
Skiprr, the dealer I got it from is out of the Houston area, if I'm not mistaken. While their website doesn't show Saiga, they certainly have a few Saigas on their table, so maybe they stock the shotgun you want.

You can legally modify a Saiga to have a pistol grip and stock but it takes some work and then some more us parts compliance addons.

Yeah, I looked at the one with the Monte Carlo stock and wasn't interested. But maybe you can get the skeletonized stock from a Saiga parts place? Have you checked out the Saiga forums?

It's not just for the shotgun.

That's the dealer that sold me my Kahr at the gun show in Austin in September. Maybe I'll see if they have a 7.62 Saiga for me at the next one. They had the best price on my Kahr and were pretty good to deal with.Morgan wrote: http://shop.ajcsportshop.com/main.sc;js ... cstrfrnt04" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Pictures of your "Black Guns"
I was looking through an old post of mine and noticed this:
Top is my 20 gauge Benelli Cordoba autoloader that I've been using for clays and hopefully will use to dove hunt if I can find someone to tag along with.
Left middle, my WIFE'S SA XD-9 subcompact. Her CHL is now processing.
Right middle, my original Glock 19, now fitted with night sights and a Lasermax internal laser.
Bottom is my Mossberg 88 12-gauge home defense shotgun.
And then at the top is my main home defense piece, Remy, my 125-pound German Shepherd.
So here we are, about eight months after I purchased my first weapon, and we've added three more to the bunch. I'd like to say this is all I'm going to get, but I didn't think I'd be buying anything else after my first one either. So who knows?
That was back in April. Here's the aftermath:arod757 wrote:I own exactly ONE gun, my Glock 19 that I'll be carrying soon (I hope).

This is the most rediculous firearm I've ever seen. While you might feel comforted by the overindugance of tactical accessories, this should be your LAST RESORT to defend yourself. If you grab this Sanford & Son special in a bad situation, the bad guy will have 30 rounds in you by the time you get through this junkpile to make it remotely functional.flb_78 wrote:

Please engage your humor button and look at the picture again.
I put a small scope on my Saiga today...it looks good. Need to go zero it out now. Darn, I have to go shooting.... LOL

Ya know, as long as that photo has been circulating on the Net, something has always bothered me: What the heck is that hunk of fur sticking out back near where the stock should be?
I wouldn't mind having one of the three Trijicons the guy has stuck on this thing, though. At least I think it's three. My guess is three Trijicons, two Aimpoints, and whatever the big refractor is on top. Sometimes, having too much rail space is a bad thing...

My 18 year old son with his black guns. Man, I didn't even have a lil' ol' .22 when I was his age.

Re: Pictures of your "Black Guns"
My "black" guns. I've got my AR on order, go to pick up the beast next week hopefully.
XD-40 Compact (4in. Service, 12Rd), Remington Model 700 w/Heavy Barrel, .223/5.56NATO with 3-9x40 Remington Scope.
Looking for a good Scope around $350.00 for shooting with this rifle if anyone has any recommendations.
