Bitter people, guns & religion

We've all heard this one many times, but it's worth seeing again as a reminder. As stated by Barack Obama, "So it's not surprising then that they get bitter and they cling to guns or religion or antipathy towards people who aren't like them as a way to explain their frustrations." What arrogance, what an insult to God-fearing gun owners.

Personally, I cling to my belief that Obama has the morals of a wolverine and the intellect of a sea slug. Picture Jabba the Hut. That's what I cling to.

Wolverines and Sea Slugs might take offense to the comparison.

I am not voting for Obama, but what in the world leads you to the conclusion that he has "the intellect of a sea slug"?

Isn't that called a difference of opinion, and not simply evidence of a lower intellect?

I can not think of any instance of politicians advocating further infringements on my right to keep and bear arms as a difference of opinion. A difference of opinion is which football team is better or whether to grill chicken or beef for supper.
Obama is a truly dangerous individual with regards to our rights.

Yes, it is a difference of opinion. I never said anything about intellect, or implied anything about intellect. I just happen to support my RKBA (2nd Amentment), my freedom to exercise my religious beliefs (1st Amendment) and I don't believe that I have to want to pay higher taxes to support programs I don't believe in order to be patriotic.
If I misunderstood your intent, I am sorry....
