Roberts votes with Liberals on whether Cuomo can restrict the celebration of religion in New York.
He’s not a swing vote, but a Liberal anti constitutionalist.
I guess he fooled George W. Or not.

Not if the Dems take the Senate. They'll pack the Supreme Court and you can kiss a free America goodby. They'll make D.C. a state to ensure they keep Congress run by Dems.

Yeah, Roberts is a supreme disappointment. Gorsuch was on fire in his opinion and he took aim at Gov. Cuomo and Roberts:

One of my favorite lines by Gorsuch in the above article (emphasis mine):
Through much of his opinion, Gorsuch focused on the threats of these discriminatory policies on the Constitution, writing, “Even if the Constitution has taken a holiday during this pandemic, it cannot become a sabbatical.”

Roberts is a globalist appointed to the court by a globalist.
