That's just stupid. All they would've had to do was test their Beta-HCG levels in their serum. They don't completely return to normal not pregnant levels for around 3-4 weeks after delivery. Anyone that would have just delivered a baby should still be at least 20k. Granted, this might still be more invasive than is legally permitted, however far less than what was done. No strip search or cervical exam. Just one small 2-3mL tube of blood.
