If somebody bad enough to put a sticker on a bear's collar, I don't think HAB really wants to mess with them.

So they are OK with a huge and cumbersome collar on that bear but God forbid a sticker [that the bear can't see, feel or read] is on that collar! I laughed out loud when they said this is not the first time a political sticker has been found on a bear's collar. You would think it'd be easy to find out- I mean how many people in Asheville are tagging bears??

Chuck Norris applied that sticker after the bear fainted when they met.

I bet it won't be long before they find the guy who did it. They just need to look for the guy with terrible back problems from supporting his MASSIVE CAJONES.

Yeah. You know how it works. They would call that defacing government property but painting graffiti on statues is called peaceful protesting.

I’d be willing to pay 5k to the guy/ gal to put stickers on all bears that have to wear one of those collars. I’ll even buy the stickers.
Yeah I don’t think I would mess with whoever did it. Obviously they are not going to be in the mood for a bunch of soy boy, PC, infected neck beards.
