Very good information. When we have critical incident debriefing the idea of positive stress management is always emphasized. Many a first responder has had difficulty managing both singular and compounded stressful conditions. Unfortunately many have succumbed to unhealthy attempts, or absolutely no attempt, to cope. One thing he stated near the end of the video was to "be teachable." When we, especially A-type men, get so involved with ourself we forget to open our ears to wisdom of others and shrug off their attempts to help because "I got this." Well. Sometimes we don't.
