A woman made a dumb mistake. She decided to steal an identity and open credit cards in their name.
She picked Tillman Fertitia, didn't know who he was.
This probably comes as a big disappointment to Tillman, who in addition to owning Landry’s Seafood, Crab Shack, Salt Grass Steakhouse, a big hotel and office building in Houston, a few casinos in Vegas, Pleasure Pier in Galveston, and the Kemah Boardwalk, he regularity appears on some of those we will invest in your business Cable TV shows.

She told People that she had "no reason to be suspicious" about the email because she invests in real estate, so the bookkeeper wired $388,700 to the email address.
The problem was that the email address didn't belong to her assistant. The scammer imitated her assistant's email address and misspelled it with one letter.

Well, at least she apologized for hit.
“It was, I mean, spur of the moment,” Stephanie Hunter said in an interview after her arrest.
“I do apologize for it. It wasn’t something that I do on a regular basis or anything like that.”

Yes we all make those spur of the moment mistakes of visiting the dark web and buying a social security number with a bitcoin.
