Due to her health, she has one foot on the banana peel. The Donald should get another SCOTUS appointment during his second term, I guess.

I'm convinced that she would retire the moment a dem moved into the white house but I'm equally convinced that she would rather cripple the court and the country by staying on even if that meant being a non functioning justice until that day...

No kidding. I have heard it is a very painful way to go. I still remember watching Michael Landon shrivel up and die from that years ago. And then there was Patrick Swayze. Just awful!
