If you grew up in the Ch. 13 TV Houston area anytime between 1958 and 1974, you will remember this lady.

Chas.

I lived in Alvin until 1963 when I was 7 years old. I don't remember her, but my sister does. She has a cat named Kitirik.

The station call sign letters KTRK with 3 "i'"s

I am definitely an old fart! Remember her so well. Watched it every time it eas on. I always begged my parents to take us on our birthday to see how many pennies I could grab out of that jar. KITIRIK, Cadet Don, Uncle Bert Lynn, Milk Drop Moe. Brings back lots of memories.

My parents took my little sister to KITRIK for her birthday. I remember trying to talk her into saying it was my birthday because I had bigger hands.
