Big brother is always watching and they do indeed store all your texts/phone calls ect. In databases.

Only use Encrypted Devices, never use fingerprints or face scans on your devices!

As far as the password goes they are overstepping once again. How exactly can they Force you to disclose the password? Water boarding or some other kind of torture?
Depends on whats on that phone it may be best to just say no, wonder how long they could keep you locked up if you didn't comply?

Or in the case of a simple 'password'....I would just tell them 'I can't remember it'.

It's pretty easy - you just decide which way you want to rule and then make up the reasons for your decision that support your ruling.
