Suggests increased use of animal transportation during diesel shortage.
Frankly I don’t understand why they are having this problem, they just need to embrace the Green New Deal and move away from carbon emitting energy forms like diesel and animals.
They need to ask AOC to help them transform into a renewable energy country.

On that draft animal transportation thing; do the Cubans understand that draft animals fart methane same as feed animals? So they are still NOT moving in the direction of carbon neutral?
