Has WalMart in other areas other than El Paso begun stationing a Police Officer at the entrance? I went to a Sams in El Paso yesterday and they had both armed security and an El Paso Police Officer stationed.

In Dallas the one on Forrest Ln by 635 has had uniformed officers there for years. So some have and some haven't well before the shooting. I haven't been into any that didn't already have them to tell you one way or another if they've made a change company wide.

My son is a detective in East Texas. He works every Saturday and Sunday for 12 hours each at Walmart. He has been doing that for a couple of years.
About three years ago he worked the one on Terrell during Christmas because they were short handed for police. He was paid $50 an hour.
