Unintended Consequences
http://stiltonsplace.blogspot.com/2019/ ... ences.html
Excerpt - RTWT
The social mechanisms which formerly prevented these massacres have crumbled. The bonds of family, friendship, and faith. A shared sense of community. Optimism about the future. Moral certainty and personal responsibility.
Instead, we now live in a crowded world of communal loners, all staring at their phones instead of the world and people around them. Politicians and media figures preach an unsubtle and dangerously divisive message of absolutes: you are either on this side or that, either all good or all evil. There is no middle ground - only calls for action. Calls that the wrong people are hearing.

That’s a good blog post, and he hits the nail on the head. The biggest question for me, is how long can I keep caring about things before I quit, and step off the train. I’m not talking about self harm here. I’m talking about simply withdrawing from engagement with people who are listening to their own demons. If they want to live by a commie manifesto, let them eat a big giant meal of it until they can’t stand any more. But first let me get somewhere off grid so I can be safe during the lunacy.
If nobody's listening, then distance becomes your friend.

But you and I both know that going off grid, the the extent that you have any visibility at all, is not going to work. They need us. They are not going to let us escape unless we find a remote desert island which puts a lot of open water between us and them. Without us, there is no one to control and that is their underlying goal. Socialism WILL turn into a dictatorship. Do you really believe that President K. Harris will allow you to live on your own?

Certainly
As a society we desperately need to strengthen the traditional family, faith in God, and sense of community.
I can say with certainty that there is life after death and that all misdeeds will be accounted for. Unfortunately too many of our schools are miseducating children into believing that their life ends in death and that it is possible to escape accountability for their actions.

Thank you, Brother. After studying Ephesians I have attached this verse to all my emails and forum handles.

Some of the finest people I know shared that verse with me. Its my honor to pass it on. We are in a spiritual battle and as the bible says "the sword of the Spirit... is the word of God."

Thank you for posting this blog Grayling813. I wish the vast majority of Americans could read that.
