Stirring picture. We were soldiers, once … and young. I was in US Army Basic Combat Training in October, 1973. I don't know these men, but I have served with their brothers.

One of the pieces of IDF strategy that proved effective: Israeli Intelligence had discerned a pattern with the Egyptian Air Force.

The Egyptians had a very set pattern, timewise, of when they were aloft, followed by ground time for either breakfast or lunch.

Their planes were destroyed while they were eating.

SIA
N. Texas LTC's hold 3 breakfasts each month. All are 800 AM. OC is fine.
2nd Saturdays: Rudy's BBQ, N. Dallas Pkwy, N.bound, N. of Main St., Frisco.
3rd Saturdays: Golden Corral, 465 E. I-20, Collins St exit, Arlington.
4th Saturdays: Sunny St. Cafe, off I-20, Exit 415, Mikus Rd, Willow Park.
