Venezuela now has 1984 like ID card citizens will carry that will track their activities and will reward or punish them depending on what they are or are not doing. Most Venezuelans now rely on the government for almost everything they need to live.
Brought to you by the Chinese Government company ZTE. China is now using smaller countries to test market their 1984 products before bringing them to China for full scale adoption. Africa has been a big test market as they have a lot of like minded leaders there. Apparently Venezuela now also qualifies.
China loves the new technology.
