I'm looking at a piece of land in Williamson County this week. Can anyone recommend a great agent to work with me someone who is familiar with land/minerals rights/deals? The realtor I have used in the past has never done deals involving minerals so I don't think I want him working for me on this deal. I will be a good referral, will not waste anyone's time.

The land I'm looking at includes some/all mineral rights apparently.

Also, any warnings/issues about buying land in Williamson County for recreational shooting on? I'll google the county sheriff etc now.
