I paid my respects as I was driving north bound. I didn't know who it was at the time, but I knew it was LEO or FD.

What is wrong with people now a days ? No accountability, is what I think is wrong, just a slap on the hand ( if that ) for anything from shoplifting to murder to demonstrations ( looting, burning) Prayers to all

All these officers getting killed/murdered is really upsetting. I've always conscientious towards LEOs, but have recently found myself paying more attention to them whenever I see them making a stop. Almost like watching out for them to be ready if something happens while I'm in view in case I can help. I'm sure it would be a little unsettling to them if another strange vehicle were to stop nearby while they were making a stop. I don't do that, but it really upsets me that some people have so little regard for others' lives that they'll go after those that would protect us.
I am not and have never been a LEO. My avatar is in honor of my friend, Dallas Police Sargent Michael Smith, who was murdered along with four other officers in Dallas on 7.7.2016.
