I have a question related to my PSC renewal and am sorry if this isn't the proper sub forum...

I renewed my membership on 5-22-15 and received my receipt # and confirmation email...but on 5-27-15
I received an email saying that I had not yet renewed my membership.

Who should I contact regarding this?
