I heard about this on the Matt Patrick show. I never heard about the going on at the store lately this is from the former owners perception. But I guess he ended up getting pulled over by 10 FB county sheriffs and some feds. Held for several hrs. without a restroom before getting to talk to a judge. All over his Facebook password. Here is a link to his FB which has his side of things on it. Just surprised this isn't on here and some might be interested.

Isn't this the guy who supported a ban on Internet ammo sales?

He wasn't arrested for his password. He was arrested for not doing what a court ordered him to do. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

The dispute and arrest is over him not turning over the password to his personal account. Maybe the court is wrong in ordering such. Apparently, it wasn't a business asset as it was set up in his personal name and was not a business page.
Maybe the judge should have had the review done prior to having him arrested.

My understanding is he "claims" it's a personal page and the judge wanted the password in part to asses if it should be considered part of the business assets or not and he did not comply.

I'm not familiar with any of this. Where is "Tactical Firearms"? Is there any other link that isn't FB?

It's obvious the account is set up using his personal name. If the judge didn't know whether it was a personal account or business account, isn't it common sense to investigate before having him arrested.
A password is not necessary to review the posting history to see if the majority of the posts are personal or commercial in nature.
The judges and government are not always right.

Well obviously not that obvious or it wouldn't even of been an issue. I know when I click the link it takes me to a page that adress isn't Alcedes name but Tactical firearms
https://www.facebook.com/Tacticalfirearms?fref=ts" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; As to whats needed to asses the issue I don't know but if the court orders something you don't just get to decide not to go along. And they were "investigating" but Alcede didn't want to give them full access. Maybe they could come to a decision without the password but I don't know that because I don't know what they want to look at to make the decision. This isn't some big tragedy here or some conspiracy, Alcede was playing games and got smacked down.

According to him in the interview he did with Matt Patrick. He told Tactical Firearms lawyer that the page was a personal page and never heard anything else about it. So assumed that was that until he got pulled over by several LEO at gun point and put in shackles.
I couldn't careless about weather he is right or wrong in what he did. My issue is how the state handled it. If his story is true it could happen to anyone here. We all carry guns daily and several of us probably have some level of "tactical" training. Hell they don't treat most criminals like that let alone someone involved in a civil case. Maybe I'm wrong the Popo ain't come looking for me since I was a teen.
A third party is now reviewing the page to see if it is his or a TF asset.

You are right. You, the government and the courts are always right.
I guess you know the Facebook account was listed as a business asset in the bankruptcy too.

How the heck would I know if they are? It's just my default position isn't some Faux outrage about things that there isn't enough info to know. And I like how you use that passive aggressive crap instead of addressing any of the points or using any logic. Forget about the address being
https://www.facebook.com/Tacticalfirearms?fref=ts" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; definitely showing that when he opened the page it was more that just personal. By his own statement he has a sub account that is a tactical firearms page. Then there is the statment in Covering Katy
http://coveringkaty.com/2014/12/16/excl ... overnment/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; that says Alcede changed the name on his account.

Listening to the radio Alcide was informed by a lawyer from Tactical Firearms that he had to surrender certain thing, keys, codes, etc, to the new owners. When he was talking about his facebook page he said he told the lawyer that they needed to tell the judge that it was a personal page not a business one. The lawyer told him that she wasn't his lawyer and she couldn't tell the judge anything for him. He wouldn't listen and didn't contact the court blowing it off. So left it up to the lawyer of the people he has spent months trashing. Not real bright.
"When they said they wanted the Facebook, I explained to the attorney who was representing the company that there is no company Facebook page and there's just my personal page. And I asked her to convey that to the judge, and obviously it wasn't conveyed," Alcede said.
