Don't Google. :nono: Be fair.

Who said "And then I had that little set-back with the Cheese Whiz... but I'm feeling much better now."

From what old TV show?

The "but I'm feeling much better now" part rings of John Astin in The Addams Family to me, but I wouldn't swear that is the source.

Never watched that show so I had to look it up.

I had it but couldn't remember the name! Wow, talk about brain triggers, as soon as I read the last part my brain fired an image of Night Court. Funny thing is I've been watching Axmen and Craig Rygaard always reminds me of Gomez.

Bingo!! He played the judges father. I don't know why but that line stuck with me. I don't think anyone but John Aston could have made that line funny.

When I read it, I knew John Astin was the one who said it, but I missed the series. I really enjoyed Night Court.

He had the ability to convince you he was “half a bubble off” but in a good way.

I wonder what kind of person he was in day-to-day life.

Probably the same as he still is, only creakier. Sources indicate he is still alive at 83.

I think Raoul Julia, who played Gomez in the films, has left this mortal coil.
