Who has a Facebook?

Does anyone on here have a Facebook? There are a lot of articles from a few pages I follow that are really good. It would be easy to share and build friendships. Just a thought.

I'm on FB but I carefully control my friend's list. I get crazy people wanting to be friends with me. I use my FB page to stay in contact with friends across the country and, while I will do a local political post or two, I stay away from that at any other level.
I already spend too much time reading computer stuff. I'm trying to wean myself from some of it, not expand it.

I'm usually within earshot of this exact conversation between friends: One friend asks another "How do I find you on Facebook?" and the other replies "I don't have a Facebook thingy... Who needs that stuff?"
I usually butt in and say "Yes you do. You have a
really interesting Facebook page. I made it for you. My Photoshop skills are top shelf so I really hope you appreciate it."
It never fails... Since they know me, my skills and my sense of humor they usually go and create themselves a Facebook account and I get a friend request that evening.
Life is fun.
Look me up as esxmarkc at swbell dot net on Facebook.

My dog has a facebook page. He checks it regularly, which is really difficult considering the lack of opposable thumbs.

Rather than us giving you our facebook names or addresses on a public website, why don't you go look up Charles L. Cotton on Facebook, and follow the links to those who have friended him, many of whom are members here. And those who are linked directly to Charles are also probably linked to others who are members here but not directly linked to Charles. You'll know me because my profile picture is the same as my avatar here.
That would be a better way than my hanging either my full name or my email address out there for the NSA to look up.
BTW, if I were you, I'd delete your iCloud address from that post. We can probably find you under some variation of Dave or David Newman. But leaving your email address hanging out there like that is just begging to start getting you slammed with SPAM in your inbox.

My facebook standards are even higher than my linkedin standards. I can't risk some acquaintance making an inappropriate comment that paints me guilty by association. No offense.
