What is your daily/weekly/bi-monthly/etc. workout?

Just curious to see what others on the forum do as their daily workout. Maybe i'll be inspired to try something else.
I'm late 20's, and relatively healthy. Some minor back/knee problems. Here's my daily workout:
-7 minute "warm up" exercise on the bicycle
-3 miles on the treadmill
-15 minutes on the elliptical/rowing machine (i swap every other day)
-3x30 push-ups
-3x30 sit-ups
I don't really mess with weights or anything, so i'm usually done in a little over an hour. I'm more concerned about cardio than getting huge. After the military, I turned into the world's laziest person.. so it's nice to be back in good shape.

I'm a Golds gym member. I do Les Mills Body Pump 3 times/week. I also do RPM occasionally or go out on my mountain bike.

Has your gym been advertising the "body wave" class? Mine is, big time. I'm cautiously optimistic about it, and may try it out. It's yoga based, apparently.....

Up until last year I would do the following:
1. 2 mile run on the treadmill. I had gotten the pace down to 8.5 minute miles.
2. Weight circuit workout on legs or upper body (alternating workout days) for about an hour. Not rushing, but not too much of a break between reps either.
3. 2 mile cool down run at about a 12 minute/mile pace
4. Four days a week for two leg and two upper body workouts each week.
- Monday, legs
- Tuesday, upper body
- Wednesday, off
-Thursday or Friday, legs
- Friday or Saturday, upper body
- Saturday and or Sunday off
I'm rapidly approaching 50 and might have got my mile times down to 8 minutes by now, but last year was real busy and couldn't find the time to do any of this. I'm trying to get back to the workouts this year, but it doesn't look promising so far. The only thing I've been able to maintain is doing about 100 push-ups and sit-ups about 3-4 times per week at home.

Most of last year was,
Mon: legs
Tues: chest, bis
Wed: off
Thursday: back, tris
Fri: shoulders, traps
Sat,sun off
Cardio is anywhere 3-6 days a week and range from 20-60 min depending in goals.
For the next 6 months I will be focusing on bringing my legs up due to them falling short because I could train them for a couple years.
Mon: quads
Tues: chest
Wed: off
Thursday: hams
Fri: back
Sat sun off
Calves are ramped up to two times a week and arms are done sporadically.

Although I'm over 40, I'm a competitive powerlifter.
I train 3 days a week. Tuesday = Squats and accessories, Friday = Bench and accessories, Sunday = deadlifts and accessories.

If you want to be my personal trainer in exchange for the pleasure of my company, we can probably work something out.

About one situp a day... I situp in the morning and I go back down at night.
Somehow still able to maintain 6"1 and 175lbs eating whatever comes my way. If I partake in too many second helpings my weight creeps up to 180 but a couple weeks of eating lighter and its back down to low 170s.
I SHOULD at least do some cardio though I suppose.

Thats OK TAM, I already get it from my wife. I'll weigh 180 and then over the course of 48 hours drop back down to 175, while she's still been trying to get those last 4-5 lbs of pregnancy weight off for months. I try not to weigh myself when she's around.
I've been getting messages from my body that its not going to last much longer... those 180's have been coming more frequently and have taken longer to get back down to my "normal." I'm afraid I might even have to exercise in the future to get the wait back off.
I really do intend to start working out before it gets to that point though.
But more on topic... I did work out 3 mornings a week a little while ago, just a really brisk jog/walk through the neighborhood with the Boston Terrier, just over a mile. It was a great way to start the day since I work from home and don't have a commute to get my mind organized for the day.
