Mesquite Woman Shot Answering Door

While it may not have been a random incident it still gives you something to think about when answering the door....especially if you aren't expecting someone.

Ha. And my wife thinks I am nuts when I open the door with a 45 in hand.

Man its dangerous opening a front door for someone you don't know!! you had better have your hand on your gun because if they push in on the door your going to have to shoot while falling!!!

We NEVER open the door without having a gun in our hand UNLESS we know who is coming over. Anybody who knows us knows they need to CALL first before coming to our house. If not, you'll be able to see the gun in my hand, finger off the trigger, but ready to bring up and fire at any moment.
