Indeed! I was worried that the guy would drop from a coronary running around so much.

I was convinced he was going to trip and fall on the knife.

That's the only thing that kept me watching until the end....um, to make sure he didn't get hurt.

It was kinda realistic though; he kept having to pull his pants up while running like a gang-banger would.

I thought the best part was watching him working to hold up his pants with the support hand to fight the laws of gravity and prevent both an exposure no one wanted so see and catastrophic entanglement of his feet during his athletic exertions......

As much as I didn't want to, I had to go back and watch again.
He was pretty handy with the knife once he eventually reached the target. However, in that time I could have loaded an empty magazine, chambered a round, checked my watch, then stopped the threat.

This is one of those guys you only see outside when Fry's has a sale on PC components or the stars of (insert favorit SciFi show here) have come to town to give autographs. Otherwise, he lives behind a keyboard which is why running 121 feet is a near fatal act. Yeah, I know...I ride a desk and keyboard myself for a living but, I'm not a pasty teletubby in need of a girlfriend!
Second video is more to the point and illustrates that 21ft can be covered in roughly 2.5 seconds. If the average person gives up a minium of 0.25 second in reaction time alone and has decent but not fast draw of 1.5 seconds, you are left with only .75 second to solve the problem and chances are the suspect would be able to inflict a serious injury even if it he died in the process. We used to have a robotic target setup to simulate this drill and it was activated by the shooter steping through an infrared "gate." That drill gives me the confidence to say I could comfortably draw and fire six rounds into a person charging me at that distance. But, I am under no illusion that I'd still be cut or killed if I stood flat-footed to deliver those rounds rather than moving off the line of force to create new angles the bad guy has to solve.

I guess you have to have a weird sense of humor, but I thought the fat guy was funny... especially after seeing the video he was mocking.
