Due to the popularity of the "Survivor" shows, Texas is planning to do one
entitled, "Survivor, Texas-Style."

The 8 contestants will all start in Dallas , Then drive to Waco , Austin , San
Antonio, Over to Houston and down to Brownsville ...

They will then proceed up to Del Rio , El Paso , Midland , Odessa ,
Lubbock , and Amarillo . From there they will go on to Abilene , Fort Worth
and finally back to Dallas ...

Each will be driving a pink Volvo with bumper stickers that read:

"I'm a Democrat,"
"I'm Gay,"
"I love the Dixie Chicks,"
"Boycott Beef,"
"I Voted for Obama,"
"George Strait Stinks,"
"Hillary in 2012"
And
"I'm here to confiscate your guns."

The first one to make it back to Dallas alive wins.

Obama took 40% of Texas? How in the world did that happen? Does that mean that 40% of the Texas population is illegal aliens? I know I didn't vote for him, nor did anyone else that runs in my circle. He actually got 43.8%. Look at this map. He won the counties close to the Mexican border.

He won San Antonio, Austin, Houston and Dallas too.

Curious question, what's up with the sizable (15% - 30%) of "under 18" voters listed on the site? I always thought you had to be 18 to vote, have I been wrong all my life?

The data in tan is just census data, not voter turnout data.
