Well there is a place in the woodlands @ Rayford, and one on 1960 and stubner airline, where you can carry concealed and the view isnt bad.
IT is Called Wolfies.
Maybe you heard of it. They have young women that serve you wings and crawdads by the bucket full.
Check it out, The owner of the place is a former Marine, so I Know all the CHLs are welcome.
Thanks for your time

I have driven past Wolfie's on many occasions. But, I have never visited that establishment. From the road, it appears that it may be 51%. It may be a good idea to ascertain whether it is or isn't. As posted here by veteran members of the board; just because it isn't posted 30.06, doesn't mean you won't get the applicable charge if caught carrying. Eat, drink, and be merry!

Well i know because i have been there, and there is no 51% or 30.06. Just the sign that states that its illegal to have an UNLICENSED weapon.

LOL, you want a real thrill, get off I-45 at Tamina and and check out the Rose Room bar if it's still there. A 51% sign there means don't enter without 51 rounds on your person.

Nuber92,
I'm not trying to be confrontational, But, I just want you to understand. Just because they are not posting the signage doesn't mean you aren't going to take the ride! You may get charged and take the ride; but they will only have a TABC administrative charge for not posting. Please understand this. If I am wrong, someone please jump in here and correct me!

What's illegal about carrying in a restaurant that serves wings and crawdads by the bucket full?

Nothing. The question that is being brought up is that they might have the wrong sign posted. And having the wrong sign does not mean that the place is legal to carry there. So if it IS a 51% establishment, but they are posting the "unlicensed possession" sign - it is still off limits. The way to be sure is to check the TABC license and look for sign=Red (51% establishment) or sign=Blue (unlicensed possession).
