I think it is a great joke and can't believe that they broke it out. And don't see why they would consider pressing charges. But the guy opened his mouth too soon. Been smarter to wait until Grand Opening of the Staduim.

I don't know if anyone here could readily answer this question since we're not in New York, but what possible charges could he face? I could only imagine criminal mischief at the most, but I'm just guessing. Heck, my dad used to tell me about playing high school football in Monahans years ago, it was common practice for us to go burn an "M" in the Pecos football field, and for them to burn a "P" in ours. Seems like a similar prank to me.
