My US House Representative Sylvia Garcia sent me an email full of helpful hints for illegal aliens to thwart BP and ICE efforts. I hope Trump has all the sanctuary city politicians who flaunt federal law are arrested by FBI swat teams like they did Trump's allies, taken directly before a judge and put in lock-up. Maybe they can be identified as threats to US security and be put on watch lists. The illegal aliens wouldn't be here if liberal politicians didn't make it easy to do so removing the head of the snake is the best cure IMHO.

This reaches 2 into Collusion and Conspiracy to commit...? That's at least a Class A Misdemeanor in most states if not a Felony!

I didn't mean to suggest her suggestions were necessarily illegal. I not sure they would rise to that level, but I am not a lawyer. I still think politicians, law enforcement and district attorneys, etc should be arrested if they refuse ton follow law.

Actually, there are a lot of things she could be charged with:

- aiding and abetting
- incitement to commit a crime
- criminal solicitation
- conspiracy

IAMAL, but this should be nipped in the bud NOW.

Unfortunately there is no Homeland Security email tip line because I think the perfect thing would be to forward that email to them with her cc'd. Alas, only an online form.

IANAL, but I work for a bunch of them. My understanding is that, like the Anarchists Cookbook and other unsavory texts, it falls under the 1st Amendment as she is just disseminating information. It's the use of that information which may or may not be legal. So, sadly, she's probably protected under the Constitution.

On the one hand, I'd love to see people like her get tried, convicted, and sentenced for all:

- aiding and abetting
- incitement to commit a crime
- criminal solicitation
- conspiracy

On the other, we have the 1st Amendment. Something we should all be grateful for and should defend at all costs. Even when we disagree with the person exercising that right.
