Losing weight.

My last day at work was Wednesday De.21. The wife and have both been sick as dogs. Went to the ER and was diagnosed with Flu and bronchial infection. Don't want to eat, and when we try, we just throw it up. Did I mention diarrhea?
We got on the scales this morning, and we've both lost more than 20 lbs.
I don't recommend this method of weight loss.

If you’ve ever watched The Devil Wears Prada, the best line in the movie is when one of the models says I’m one stomach virus away from a size one. I feel your pain but hey.. silver lining thing there.

I need to lose 20 pounds about 3 or 4 times but not willing to use that system to do it. Good luck getting well for good.

I had this exact thing last week with all of your symptoms plus a fever. Hope you are on the other side now.

I need to lose about 60 pounds but I don't think I want to do it this way. Hopefully that flu shot I got will keep me well. I also got the Covid booster and my tail is beginning to grow larger. So there is that.

Well I got vaxed and boosted, still got Covid so got infused.
I took the Flu shot and got the Flu.
I took the pneumonia shot, and the bronchial infection I have may be pneumonia.
Haven't had the shingles shot yet. Kind-a fraid too.

In the past I hit 2 out of three of those myself. Clearly I need to avoid the pneumonia and shingles shots!
