yup we are having some this evening. i use rotell instead of tomatoe paste or sauce. makes for a whole different taste yum

I made a batch with 2lbs of deer chili, 1.5lbs of smoked brisket, and 1lb mild Italian sausage. No pictures because I didn't think about that. It was a very good batch and my first using brisket. I'll definitely be doing more of that in the future. The next batch might be 3lbs smoked brislet, 1lb mild Italian sausage, 1lb ground beef. I really like the flavor and texture of the brisket in a chili.
