USA: Two tier system of Justice

Is it only me, or does it seem that the United States has a two tier justice system? One justice system for liberals, socialists and the protected classes and another justice system for conservatives, capitalists and the unprotected class.
With the raiding of Rudy Guiliani's home and now Victoria Toensing and former top federal prosecutor Joseph diGenova, it seems obvious there are two standards. Even when Trump was in office, all his supporters and people who worked for him were investigated and arrested. His personal attorney, his chief of staff and so on. I expect Trump to be arrested before long. Then the Capitol rioters (whom I blame for the election recount stopping dead in its tracks) who many were just people who wandered into the Capitol as tourists, did not vandalize, damage or do anything wrong except being somewhere that is prohibited, are subject to the largest manhunt in criminal history. They are arrested flown half way around the country and held in solitary confinement without bail for their mistaken entry of the Capitol.
Then on other hand we have the criminal poster child, Hunter Xiden. Statutory rapist, child molester, child pornographer, influence peddler, gun law violator, drug addict and all around crook is left alone and now will be a college professor. In four years during Trump's time in the White House, all of the crooks in the Obama administration are also left alone. Hillary broke the law, but the FBI doesn't care as she did not have intent, so she is not investigated, even though the law she broke doesn't require intent. She lies to congress, destroys evidence, and may have even had a kid from the DNC assassinated, but she is as slick as her husband. Only the witnesses end up dead. City rioters become the darling of the newsmedia as they burn cities down during the summer. Few are arrested, many of those arrested are just released without charges. Prosecutors don't care, file with your insurance.
Oh, but if you raise a gun to protect your property, you are immediately arrested and charged.
Is this the future in America?
