Drones cripple Gatwick airport during busy holiday season.

Police decide to shoot drones down, but can’t locate a rifle.

No that didn’t happen, the can’t find a rifle part didn’t happen. But I’m sure the decision to use gun violence against a drone had to come from the PM at least.

shotgun or line-throwing device would be safer way to bring down a drone in a densely populated area. Or jamming the drone's control frequencys. Or crash your drone into their drone. They've had a few years to figure this out but apparently haven't done so.............

Didn’t get permission to use violence against drones after all. Used 20 million dollar high tech van which located a couple, who were arrested.

The Gatwick incident demonstrates how completely inept they are at fighting actual crime. After days they couldn't figure out who did it or if anyone actually did it and arrested some people who didn't do it.
