Yeah, not only is it the light, but I think that whole situation has more to do with the cycles of the refresh rate. Something about 60hz and 120hz rates that mess with our sleep or eyes or something.WTR wrote:One thing you don't want to do with a back lighted Kidle is to read with it too late at night.
