What is preventing her from having a firearm in her vehicle in a school parking lot? Is she licensed?
She's convinced that she will get fired from her consulting position (contract not renewed) if a gun is found in her vehicle in the school parking lot.

She does not have her LTC.

The internet was NEVER meant to be used the way it is used today for example: money, data collection. It was meant to be Free and every program 'open source' with no rules/regulations of any kind. Privacy means the most because without it you have nothing.

Just remember this about the internet: if it's FREE, then YOU are the product. (Your data, etc.)

Although the internet is always vacuuming up data about you, plus your cell phone is listening, many people go the extra mile to give up their personal autonomy by installing Big Tech's surveillance devices in their home: Alexa and other such devices. Sheesh.

Unfortunately, she is probably right. Even if she were legal in every aspect....IF that is something they just don't 'like', they will manufacture some reason not to renew her contract.

I’ve had more than one run-in with someone else's road rage over the years. When I was young, I used to get really torqued off and respond in kind. I’m darn lucky that nothing bad ever came of it. When I was in my late 40s, another driver waved a gun at me because he had small male parts.....and I wouldn’t exceed the speed limit by more than the 10 mph I was already exceeding it by. It’s a longer story than that, but that’s it in a nutshell. I declined to play. This was back in California, before I moved here, got a license, and made carrying a firearm part of my EDC.

These days, I’d just pull over and stop, or get off the highway, and wait for the hammerhead to get bored and move along. I’m retired. I’ve got all day to get home.
