I brew beer. And my favorite is Double Chocolate Stout.

I'm no brewer, but I always though the flavor came from the malt, and depending on how long it is toasted, would depend on how much chocolate/coffee flavor it produced. But I could be mistaken.
Take away the Second first, and the First is gone in a second :rules: :patriot:

I started with a kit from Austin Home Brew. It had chocolate barley and a packet of powdered chocolate for the "double". I used it once but it was not worth the trouble to me. So I guess what I make now is Single Chocolate Stout...and it's real good.

I don't know much about home brewing, but Double Chocolate Stout is a winner. All I know are commercial brands, but my favorite is Young's.

Oatmeal stout and Wheat stout are mighty good as well.
