Torchy's removes Republican and Independent tacos from Menu

I sent them a contact email request for feedback. Will let you know if they respond and what they say.

Received a reply. Discontinuation was due to supply chain issues related to Covid. Sounds reasonable.
Email says the Republican has already been restored to the menu as supplies are now available.
No mention of the Independent Taco or it's return timetable.

If true, that could also indicate that "Republican" is far more popular than "Democrat" at Torchy's.

Maybe they should have the AOC Taco? It's green, wrapped in recycled (toilet) paper....I kid, I kid...but you know, it's an idea...

And then there's the Biden Taco...a HUGE list of nothing accomplishments...you order it...and you wait and wait and wait...and then when you ask for it - where's my taco? They say "What taco? We don't serve tacos here you horse-jawed lady drummer!"

I was curious and looked around and found this article attributing it's pull from the menu to the fact that it was the lowest seller.
