It is very probable that this was a terror attack but one really should wait for more info, don't you agree?

According to several news German outlets it is not confirmed to be a terrorist attack at this point. There are indicators but the evidence is either not on hand or at least not published yet.
I am also positive the leftist influenced media over there is/ will manipulate the news to suit their political agenda.

This is just another type of attack terrorists are using to strike fear into the hearts of the populace. It is the same technique used at OSU, and a way for them to say, "nothing you can do will stop us." The German Chancellor recently outlawed the wearing of Burkas in parts of Germany, to try to stem the tide of Islamic terrorism, not that what someone wears prevents attacks, but her policies up to now,(an election year) have been to let anyone and everyone immigrate to Germany, and the people are paying the price, while being systematically disarmed. This is just a way for the radical Jihadists to fight back, knowing no one will stop them. JMHO

I personally agree with you. The politicians shoul be held personally accountable for the mess they created but as we know their priority is not the actual purpose of their job description.

By the same reasoning that Senator Feinstein is a firearms expert, I've looked at lots of pictures of trucks, so I'm pretty much an expert.
Apparently, judging by the photos, this was a Black Truck and Black Trailer.
Also, the truck had a handle on it, probably on the door, and had something to control it better when it goes multiple miles per hour with only one pedal press, and a thing that made it quieter like a silencer muffler and hide any flashes of light from exhaust gasses, and something to keep a person from being burned where the hot gasses come out

Good riddance. And there are a number of photos of his previous antics. He was already a bad egg back when he took advantage of the EU's failure to contain their immigration problem to sneak himself into Europe. That article in the Sun said "He is believed to have slipped over the border from France by train." Horse pucky. Anyone who has been to the EU can tell you that one of the problems is that there are effectively no more frontiers. You don't "slip over" a border anymore. You just get in your car and go.

The last time I was in Europe in 2005, I went through a 3rd degree examination on reentry to the US, because my passport had been recently renewed, and I was born in Morocco. Of course, one of the problems is that I entered and exited the EU at Charles De Gaulle airport in Paris, but I could have been anywhere in the EU during the 4 weeks I was there, including communing with radicalized imams in Hamburg, or whatever. The EU is a security sieve, and it is a perfect example of why the US needs to secure its borders......because once someone penetrates our borders, they can move about from state to state with pretty much the same impunity as they can inside the EU.

One exception, if you are headed into balkans (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina (my birthplace), Serbia, Hungary, Monte Negro etc.), there will be a bit more scrutiny and a more thorough checkpoints.

How is that accountable? Politicians, large corporations, etc. They are never accountable. The politicians may get voted out to become multimillionaires, the corporations pay a fine (but the people responsible pay nothing). At least this particular terrorist has met his fate but Obama has let many like him in, they just have not showed up yet. Obama will not pay a price unless we require by law that the refugees all must live in Obama's neighborhood and we take away his security.

No, now that this administration is about to leave it has no problem labeling it terrorism, which they have already done. The Pres is now calling Putin out on the alleged hacking and his antics in Syria. "OK, boys and girls. It's time to get tough now that we're leaving and Hillary didn't win!"

Sorry guys, it's not that simple. German elections don't work that way - the vote is for a party not an individual. Whichever party that comes out on top then chooses the chancellor, who then is representative of the party platform. There's about 5 political parties in Germany of any consequence - right now the CDU is the majority, with the Socialist SPD in 2nd - and they would be way worst than the CDU & Merkel by any stretch of the imagination - those two make up about 50% of the vote, and loyalty has been solid since the citizenry is steadfast at voting to protect their social benefits. The German version of the Tea Party - the AFD - is only polling around 11 to 20%, depending on the area - nobody wants to partner with them and they have no nationally recognized figures who could easily assume a leadership role. And even if AFD were to somehow ever win a majority, the other parties would simply pivot and caucus together to confound the AFD. As things currently sit, Germany makes a great conduit for the incubation and sheltering of assorted bad guy elements, since the government is politically paralyzed from actually addressing anything due to the tug of war squabbling that their coalition governing system creates and tolerates. There would have to be a severe change in German politics to overcome the toxic inertia that's at work there.
