Normally I don't like the ear buds or anything that goes inside my ear but I recently bought some Altec Lansing noise cancelling ear buds on a deal site for 8 bucks. best phones I've ever worn. very comfortable for in-the-ear style phones.

similar to these:

I have a friend who recently bought some hi-end ear buds that she really likes. I'll try to find out what model.

Shure is another manufacturer of top notch audio equipment. They have been around for many years and are well known for their phonograph cartridges and microphones. They have a good line of earphones and head phones.

What I would really like is a pair of good quality wireless headphones.
