On Superbowl Sunday, at the BBQ Block Party organized by the Houston BBQ Festival at Saint Arnold Brewing Company, Wayne Mueller and the incandescent brisket and beef ribs from his family’s Louie Mueller barbecue in Taylor were the featured attractions. Six hundred tickets were sold, and as the event wound down, Wayne Mueller told me he was actively looking for a location in Houston.

I am looking forward to him opening up a store in Houston.
