I want to get upset at what i read in the OP..... but know there is always more to the story.... (ive been bit by that right here in this forum on at least one occasion)

It is true that we are only hearing one side of the story. However, this part indicates that it might be the correct side.
Police took Anthony and Michael Mitchell to jail and booked them for obstructing an officer. They were jailed for at least nine hours before they bailed out, they say in the complaint. All criminals charged were dismissed with prejudice. They claim the defendants filed the baseless criminal charges "to provide cover for defendants' wrongful actions, to frustrate and impede plaintiffs' ability to seek relief for those actions, and to further intimidate and retaliate against plaintiffs."

I'm sure the taxpayers would foot most of the bill. My opinion is they should, if they tolerate official oppression in their civil servants. I would hope some angry citizens would show up at the next city council session and bang on the podium. :mad5
