MJ will stay in your system for more than 30 days in some cases. And where did it say he followed him because he thought he was high?

Zimmerman said that on the 911 tape.

I gotta tell you, if I ever had any desire to be on a neighborhood watch team before now (and I've been willing in the past), this whole episode pretty much cured me of it. And I've been one of Z's supporters in this thread. From now on, if any neighborhood I live in is going to hades, I'm just going to let it. When it gets bad enough, I'll move. If neighbors don't care enough to pitch in together, and stand up for one another when a neighbor is in legal manure up to his neck because he was keeping an eye out for his neighbors' welfare, then that neighborhood plainly deservers whatever Gomorra comes slouching its way. If people don't think their neighborhoods are worth preserving, then who am I to disabuse them of the notion?

I can't wait to move to the country.............and I live in a pretty nice area.

I bring it up because they both do something tactically unwise, but legally permissible and yet Z is getting trashed for defending himself and the girl would get a medal. Additionally, tantilizing young men is most assuredly an action.

And how does one look high. Especially on MJ, could he see his eyes were red all the way from the car? Did he smell it? Or did he just suspect it because he looked like a "thug"?

I shall quote the supreme court on pornography......it is hard to describe, but you know it when you see it. This time it was likely a combination of strange behaviors that made Z suspicious, but that is just a guess based on the level of light that would have been available at that hour.

TM didn't just smoke MJ. He also used "sizzurp", a combination of Arizona Watermelon Tea, Skittles and Robitussin that makes you high. When mixed with MJ it can have unexpected effects similar to PCP. If you don't have any experience dealing with people high on drugs (I do), you might not recognize the signs. There are numerous signs that can be easily picked up from a reasonable distance; fidgety movements, constant meaningless motions of the hands, arms and legs, frequently dropping things, wandering aimlessly, gazing for lengthy periods of time at fixed objects, impaired coordination, chain smoking, etc., etc.

A lot of people, young and old, display the "signs" you describe - day and night. Let's go boys, git your guns and let's shoot 'em.

Old gringo I imagine it is the same for beauty. I find my grandmother beautiful (an amazing combination of love, kindness, wisdom, grace, and patience) but not in the same way I admire my husbands legs.

If they are bashing your head on the ground or threatening to....I say stop the threat to your life. TM was not shot for doing drugs, he was shot for attacking Z with lethal force.

If your head stayed in the vehicle where it belonged, it wouldn't get bashed on the ground. Okay, you can have the last word...and I mean it.

Please lock this thread up after mambearCali has her last word. I give up, she wins, enough already. Is there nothing on TV?

Meh...I have said enough. We both know what I would say anyway.

Too late for TV...go to Netflix.

Well, my phone won't let me quote. But I was recently thinking pretty much the same as TAM in regards to NW and my own neighbors. The only one I'd do something for is the retired Navy corpsman next to me. Otherwise, why should I if folks would just leave you hanging anyway? Once again, its y'alls world; I'm just passing through.
