Looks to be 12" LP (Louisana-Pacific) SmartSide Triple 4" lap siding. You probably won't find it at Home Depot or Lowe's but a real builder's supply will carry it or can get it. I can get it locally (Dallas area) at Foxworth Galbraith or Builder's First Source. I'm sure they have similar full line builder's supply stores in your area.
