But yet know personally, you will be called on it time and time again.I think most understand, your using tactics like this not on the grandpa walking down the street for a qt of lowfat his wife sent him for.. But the guy known to you from prior stops, at 0320 walking down the street in a high drug distro area, after getting a call that another fellow drug dealing thug was just shot two blocks over, and this thug meets a general description, though different color shirt. To bad for him, he is in the street, not the sidewalk.. PC or whatever for the stop, ...onward and upward from there...
The rub to it of course some is LEO out there is using this same type Technic to stop, detain arrest someone for much less honorable reasons.
