I'm guessing that means you were of working age in 1935 (when Social Security went into effect).VoiceofReason wrote:I won’t say how old I am, but my Social Security number is 2.Pawpaw wrote:Trust TAM to know about ancient stuff like that.

Re: Trying something out
So last week a deer runs out of the woods and hits my wife's car.
My wife is OK, the deer and the car...not so much.
Today my truck gets rear-ended.
The good news is the guy that hit me has insurance.
The bad news is the deer didn't have insurance.

Poor deer. Poor car. Very glad your wife is OK. I think the deer plot and plan the exact moment to jump in front of the car to cause the greatest damage.USA1 wrote:So last week a deer runs out of the woods and hits my wife's car.

for the Sheriffs Dept. to get out there but eventually passed.
You wouldn't believe how many passer-byes were licking their chops and offered to take it off our hands.

Re: Trying something out
Deer? We have (had) a small vegetable garden in a raised bed on one side of our property. The vegetables kept disappearing. Well, the culprit has been identified:

I'm happy to hear your wife is OK. Next time tell her to watch out for the early warning signs.USA1 wrote:So last week a deer runs out of the woods and hits my wife's car.
