At about the :40S mark, a soldier in the rear line of those about
to shoot a volley is at fault for a ND.
The ND shoots off the beret of the 3rd man from the left, in the
front line of soldiers. He continues to perform his duties,
disregarding the fact that his head was just inches away from
looking like one of R. Lee Ermey's watermelons.

Polish soldier has hat shot off by ND, still continues duty
N. Texas LTC's hold 3 breakfasts each month. All are 800 AM. OC is fine.
2nd Saturdays: Rudy's BBQ, N. Dallas Pkwy, N.bound, N. of Main St., Frisco.
3rd Saturdays: Golden Corral, 465 E. I-20, Collins St exit, Arlington.
4th Saturdays: Sunny St. Cafe, off I-20, Exit 415, Mikus Rd, Willow Park.

Yikes. Might have been "only" muzzle blast from blanks, but still. I'll bet there were some interesting conversations afterward. 
Edit: as someone on another forum pointed out, must be blank rounds, otherwise they would not need to manually cycle the weapons. Still, the gases ejected are nothing to sneeze at.
