I think this is in Pakistan, but not sure. Wait 'til you see the loading procedure around minute 13. I doubt any of this will end up here in the US, but you never know. They put a WCC head stamp on the brass. Maybe it stands for Worst Cartridge Conceivable.

Hard to say, but I would venture a guess the label is a misnomer. One of the boxes labeled M-9 Clean says "Proudly Made As USA By Workers", so there's that. It's the same ammo in all the boxes with the the WCC head stamped. I saw part of a Winchester box on one of the machines, so it's possibl they made a mold from a cartridge to copy the head stamp. I tried searching the brand names and could only found a Yadgar Arms YouTube channel and it definitely looks arid and middle eastern as does the video lead in shot of the terrain. Serbia is definitely not arid.
